Meditation: Meditation is a way of sitiing still and focusing on your breathing. It will help you relax, let go of concerns and make decisions from a place of inner peace rather than chaos. Sit with your back straight, close your eyes and try to focus on your breathing. Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth, trying not to make any noise. If thoughts enter your mind, don’t judge them or try to rid yourself of them. Simply acknowledge them and return to focusing on your breath.
